Joseph Mahaney became a member of the firm in 1994. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and New England School of Law. Mr. Mahaney is a member of the Massachusetts Bar as well as the Federal Bar, First Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Mahaney has been a trial attorney for over twenty years, two years of which were spent as an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
